Papa Jim is famous!
Imagine my surprise yesterday when I opened my eyes from a nice little nap and saw Papa Jim shaking hands with Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels! That's right, Dad, in all is bald glory is seen seated at a local restaurant speaking with "My Man Mitch" in a recently released commercial Dad shakes hands with Daniels just before the commercial cuts to another scene. The commercial is currently running on local TV. I will try and find a pix or video for future viewing. See ya in the little screen Dad!

I spoke with dad yesterday. While the Governor was visiting at the diner, he took one of Dad's french fries and ate it! Dad asked Mitch if he wanted to pick up the tab for lunch and the Gov. passed. Dad is still waiting for the Gov to send a check in the mail. Maybe he'll just name a pothole after dad...Pothole Porky.
